The tools we use include a Six Sigma (Black Belt), SPC, Lean Manufacturing, Problem Solving, Error Proofing, and Cost Reduction. Monitoring and measuring our manufacturing assures our team that quality product continues to be created. Our Quality Control Lab and Materials Lab uses the following and more to track our quality product: Starrett AVR 300, Vari-Roll Gear inspection, PQ Systems SPC Software, Minitabs, Phase II Micro Hardness tester with vision system, Vacuum Impregnation System.
